The Board of Directors and Management of the Company, employees and shareholders of the Corporation, believe that corporate governance is a necessary component of what constitutes sound strategic business management and will, therefore, undertake every effort necessary to create awareness within the organization.

To ensure adherence to the corporate principles and best practices in Corporate Governance, the Chairman of the Board has designated a Compliance Officer charged with the responsibility to independently review and recommend measures as well as audit the compliance of its officers and employees with respect to government legislations and regulations, company policies, procedures and ethical standards.
