Vivant has engaged an independent consultancy group to assist in establishing a risk management framework which will initially be applicable to the company as a Holding Company (HOLDCO). The company aims to identify, analyse, evaluate, and manage risks that are deemed highly leveraged which could affect the company’s critical business objectives as a HOLDCO.

Work is currently focused on finalising the risk profile of the company as a HOLDCO. As the top risks are identified and finalized, work will commence on the development of management strategies and action plans to address these highly leveraged risks. A monitoring system/process will also be developed.
